WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google and Bing.
- Develop, execute, and evaluate hypotheses to improve performance metrics.
- Manage large advertising budgets while ensuring efficiency (ROI/ROMI/ROAS).
- Continuously optimize campaigns: conduct audits, improve creatives, refine targeting and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate closely with analytics, product, and marketing teams to align on growth objectives.
- Deliver regular KPI reporting and provide actionable recommendations for further scaling.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Proven experience managing and scaling Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns with large budgets ($100k+ monthly).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing: account structure, bidding strategies, tracking, attribution, CPA/LTV optimization.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing of creatives, hypotheses, and landing pages.
- Ability to scale successful campaigns in highly competitive environments (high CPC).
- Proactive mindset and ability to make independent decisions.
- Strategic thinker focused on sustainable, long-term growth.
- High sense of ownership and accountability for budgets and business results.
- Initiative-driven, eager to test, experiment, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Flexible and adaptable to rapid changes in advertising platforms.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and willing to share expertise.
