In the VIP Manager position, you will be responsible for:
- Manage a portfolio of VIP players and ensure compliance with internal service standards.
- Achieve KPIs related to retention, engagement, LTV, and VIP player monetization.
- Monitor player activity, identify behavioral changes, and proactively respond to potential risks.
- Develop and implement personalized offers, including bonuses, cashback, and exclusive events.
- Analyze players’ financial activity, including deposits, gaming behavior, and turnover.
- Maintain structured communication via messengers, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to optimize VIP processes.
Must-have experience for this role:
- Strong understanding of player behavior, motivations, and risk indicators.
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and data analysis.
- Ability to work with high-roller clients while maintaining a professional approach.
- Experience in developing personalized offers, loyalty mechanics, and retention strategies.
- Strong communication skills and discipline in maintaining consistent and structured communication with VIP clients.
