In the VIP Manager position, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage a portfolio of VIP players and ensure compliance with internal service standards.
  • Achieve KPIs related to retention, engagement, LTV, and VIP player monetization.
  • Monitor player activity, identify behavioral changes, and proactively respond to potential risks.
  • Develop and implement personalized offers, including bonuses, cashback, and exclusive events.
  • Analyze players’ financial activity, including deposits, gaming behavior, and turnover.
  • Maintain structured communication via messengers, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to optimize VIP processes.

Must-have experience for this role:

  • Strong understanding of player behavior, motivations, and risk indicators.
  • Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and data analysis.
  • Ability to work with high-roller clients while maintaining a professional approach.
  • Experience in developing personalized offers, loyalty mechanics, and retention strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and discipline in maintaining consistent and structured communication with VIP clients.
