As a Senior UX Designer at one of the most successful igaming review companies, you will be instrumental in shaping our products' future by maintaining and developing our projects built on the evolving design system. You'll be ensuring that our design initiatives are fully integrated with strategic goals and contribute to enhancing user experience. Your primary focus will be on the design system's evolution, ensuring it meets high standards of usability, flexibility, and aesthetics while supporting our product development with stunning visuals and user-centric design solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design System Development: Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring it meets current and future needs of our products while maintaining flexibility and efficiency across the board.
  • Product Design Execution: Utilize the design system to create compelling, user-centric designs for company products. Ensure designs are eye candy, scalable, and responsive.
  • Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with the Head of Design to align the design system and product designs with Unit's strategic goals. Collaborate with product teams to ensure seamless integration of design into product development.
  • User Research and Ideation: Analyze user research reports and outcomes to inform design decisions, focusing on improving user experience and meeting business objectives. Use data and feedback to iterate on designs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across the company to gather requirements, feedback, and ensure the design strategy supports business goals and user needs.
  • Design Advocacy: Promote the importance of a cohesive design system and user-centric design principles across the organization. Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence.

  • Proven UX/UI Design Expertise: Demonstrable experience in designing complex systems and interfaces with portfolio and case-studies.
