We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our partner company, Fit4Me, which creates personalized health and fitness products for users worldwide.

Your area of impact:
- Launching, managing, and scaling advertising campaigns in Google Ads.
- Managing budgets starting from $300,000 and distributing them effectively.
- Achieving and maintaining target CPA / ROAS / ROI metrics.
- Optimizing web funnels with a focus on improving conversion rates.
- Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Identifying growth opportunities and scaling profitable setups.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to improve creatives.
- Tools:
- Google Ads.
- Amplitude / Tableau.
You’re our perfect match if:
- You have 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing.
- You have strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Google Search, Demand Gen campaigns, and Google Display Network (GDN).
- You have practical experience managing advertising budgets starting from $300,000/month.
- You have experience working with web funnels.
- You understand key performance metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV.
- You apply a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and scaling.
- You have an Intermediate+ level of English.
- Nice to have:
- Experience in Health & Fitness or B2C products.
- Experience scaling campaigns across global markets.
