WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Meta.
  • Manage budgets starting from $200,000 and allocate them efficiently.
  • Achieve and maintain target CPA / ROAS / ROI metrics.
  • Optimize web funnels with a focus on conversion rate improvement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify growth opportunities and scale profitable funnels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve creatives and performance.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • 1+ year of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience working with web funnels.
  • Practical experience managing budgets of $200,000+.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV.
  • Data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
  • English level — Intermediate+.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience in Health & Fitness or B2C products.
  • Experience scaling campaigns across global markets.
