WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Meta.
- Manage budgets starting from $200,000 and allocate them efficiently.
- Achieve and maintain target CPA / ROAS / ROI metrics.
- Optimize web funnels with a focus on conversion rate improvement.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Identify growth opportunities and scale profitable funnels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve creatives and performance.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 1+ year of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience working with web funnels.
- Practical experience managing budgets of $200,000+.
- Strong understanding of key marketing metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV.
- Data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
- English level — Intermediate+.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in Health & Fitness or B2C products.
- Experience scaling campaigns across global markets.
