User Acquisition Manager
- We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead the growth and user acquisition strategy for a new B2C health & fitness app with a subscription model.
- You are the first marketing person in the team, giving you the opportunity to start marketing from scratch, set up a marketing team, and participate in product vision. Success in meeting personal KPIs could lead to a leadership role within the marketing department.

Responsibilities:
- Ownership of user acquisition strategies for Meta Ads, Google, TikTok, and other traffic sources for both short- and long-term goals, starting with Meta Ads at the beginning.
- Execution and optimization of ad campaigns to achieve target ROMI at a large scale.
- Analysis of marketing effectiveness.
- Hiring and managing a creative team.
- Setting up processes and operations from scratch: campaign setup, ad testing, ad scaling, etc.
- Collaboration with the product development team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience driving user acquisition and scaling campaigns.
- Expertise in Meta Ads, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Solid experience with mobile apps and web acquisition channels, mastering the nuances of both.
- Managed substantial monthly budgets of $300,000+, optimizing spend for maximum impact.
- Skilled in setting up and optimizing attribution systems to accurately track and boost campaign performance.
- English level: Intermediate.
- Ownership and responsibility: taking full accountability for tasks and outcomes.
- Autonomy: ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
- Systematic thinking: ability to approach problems logically and strategically.
- Data-driven decision-making: ability to analyze data and make decisions based on insights.
- Flexibility and speed: ability to adapt quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity: a proactive mindset for learning and exploring new opportunities.
- Understanding and effectively applying interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to structure and present information clearly, highlighting key points.
