Your area of impact:
- Planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.
- Generate and test new hypotheses and run experiments to increase ROI.
- Scaling campaigns
- Analyze and track the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, provide reports on the results of work;
- Plan and generate new marketing initiatives, participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas;
- Collaborate with the creative marketing team to generate ideas and create new advertising creatives;
- Be responsible for the payback of traffic in your area.
- Analyze the market and competitive environment.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition/Performance Marketing;
- Experience with one of the networks: Meta, X, TikTok, Snapchat.
- Successful cases of managing advertising budgets (from $100,000+ monthly);
- Understanding of the main marketing metrics (CPA, CR, CPC, LTV, ROMI, etc.), ability to analyze and evaluate the impact of your actions on them;
- English at Intermediate (B1+) level or higher.
