We are looking for a UAC Specialist who will be responsible for launching, managing, and scaling User Acquisition Campaigns across international markets. In this role, you will work with significant advertising budgets, analyze campaign performance, optimize traffic sources, and continuously test new GEOs to achieve sustainable and profitable growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Launch and manage UAC advertising campaigns.
- Set up and optimize advertising accounts and campaign funnels.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve and maintain positive ROI.
- Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
- Test new GEOs and traffic opportunities.
- Work with tracking systems and campaign analytics.
- Collaborate with the team to scale successful campaigns and improve performance.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Proven experience launching and managing UAC campaigns with measurable results.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with UAC traffic sources.
- Experience working with trackers such as Keitaro, Binom, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with cloaking solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of key performance metrics, including: CPC CPL CPA CTR ROI
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $20,000+.
- Experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.
- Recent and relevant hands-on experience with UAC campaigns and traffic sources.
