We are currently looking for a Team Lead of Affiliate Managers / BizDev who will lead the affiliate direction, scale traffic partnerships, and drive business growth through a data-driven approach. We are a performance marketing media buying team with several years of experience in the industry. Currently, we are scaling the business, including diversifying traffic sources. We operate in the iGaming niche.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Leading and coordinating the Affiliate / BizDev team.
- Negotiating partnership terms and cooperation models.
- Scaling advertising campaigns.
- Making data-driven decisions based on analytics.
- Launching and testing new hypotheses.
- Building and maintaining strong partner relationships.
- Distributing traffic between offers and traffic sources.
- Identifying growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Performing payment reconciliations with the Finance team and distributing revenue between sources and buyers.
- Forecasting expected ROMI.
- Negotiating CPA / Hybrid / RevShare models and closing exclusive deals.
- Participating in international conferences and business meetings.
- Ensuring team synchronization and operational alignment.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry.
- Proven team management experience.
- Hands-on experience with Keitaro.
- Practical experience with WordPress.
- Strong understanding of traffic sources (PPC, ASO, UAC, SEO, Facebook, In-App, Demand Gen).
- Experience working with affiliate platforms (Affilka, ReferOn, NetRefer, etc.).
- Traffic sales experience.
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics: CPA, Hybrid, RevShare, CR, CAC, Reg2Dep, ROMI, EPC.
