WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Withdrawing a search request.
  • Communication with internal customers.
  • Search for candidates on various platforms.
  • Search for specialists abroad.
  • Pre-screen with candidates.
  • Maintaining a database of candidates.
  • Analyzing the data.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • At least two years of experience as a Talent Sourcer.
  • Experience in searching for candidates abroad.
  • Professional user of LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
  • Knowledge of search channels and additional non-standard tools.
