WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Withdrawing a search request.
- Communication with internal customers.
- Search for candidates on various platforms.
- Search for specialists abroad.
- Pre-screen with candidates.
- Maintaining a database of candidates.
- Analyzing the data.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- At least two years of experience as a Talent Sourcer.
- Experience in searching for candidates abroad.
- Professional user of LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of search channels and additional non-standard tools.
