You're a great fit if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Marketing, Employer Branding, or event management;
- Hands-on experience launching and delivering hackathons, internal schools, and bootcamps;
- Proven experience organizing end-to-end events;
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative concepts;
- A results-driven approach, taking full ownership of initiatives and making data-informed decisions;
- The ability to work autonomously and lead projects from idea to execution;
- High standards for results and the motivation to take on ambitious challenges.
What you'll do:
- Execute the Talent Marketing strategy;
- Organize hackathons, meetups, intensives, internship programs, and other hiring initiatives;
- Launch educational schools from scratch, from concept development to execution;
- Build partnerships with universities, educational programs, and professional communities;
- Create and execute creative hiring campaigns;
- Analyze the effectiveness of Talent Marketing initiatives and identify new growth opportunities.
