We are currently looking for a Talent Marketing Specialist who will become the voice of Boosta in the talent market. Together with the Communications team, you will strengthen the emotional connection between the company and candidates through creative campaigns, online and offline events, partnerships, and diverse hiring initiatives that reflect our culture and support business goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and execute a Talent Marketing strategy.
- Scale the employer brand presence across candidate touchpoints (career page, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
- Organize talent attraction events (hiring weeks/days, conferences, intensives, internships, schools, etc.).
- Build partnerships with universities, educational programs, and professional communities to form a strong talent pipeline.
- Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and conferences.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team.
- Run digital campaigns to generate candidate leads.
- Manage the budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Marketing, Employer Branding, or Communications.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proven track record of organizing end-to-end events (from concept to execution).
- Creative mindset: ability to think outside the box and continuously generate new ideas and concepts.
- Strong ownership mentality: accountable for results, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- High level of autonomy: able to work independently and lead initiatives from idea to implementation.
- High performance standards and readiness to take on complex challenges.
