Strong Junior / Middle Product Designer
We are looking for the first UI/UX Designer to help establish the design foundation of the product and eventually grow into a Lead/Head of Design role for a new product in the Boosta ecosystem, which is building a data-driven solution in the field of cognitive and intellectual abilities assessment and development. This role is for a designer who is interested not only in designing screens but also in influencing user experience, conversions, and product decisions, working closely with product, analytics, and development teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Create design solutions for various user flows.
- Generate designs for A/B tests based on metric analysis, conducted research, and market analysis to improve key metrics.
- Research competitors and propose solutions to enhance UX/UI.
- Participate in team brainstorms, discussions, and solution presentations, and conduct design groomings for dev teams.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Advanced skills in Figma: deep knowledge of auto-layouts, variables, and components.
- Excellent UI skills.
- Understanding of HTML & CSS and technical aspects of web platform development.
- Mandatory English proficiency at B1+ (Intermediate+) level.
- A current portfolio with commercial cases is required.
