WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Ongoing social media strategy development and execution.
- Create actionable plans for the main social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik-Tok, and Facebook to increase follower growth rate, audience reach and engagement level.
- Improvement of paid campaigns efficiency to increase conversions and optimize customer acquisition cost.
- Analysis and adoption of best practices for social media platforms, audience preferences, regular competitors’ and trends research.
- Creating a content calendar, curating it, and posting.
- Tracking, measurement, and reporting performance and insights for all social media activities.
- Communication with influencers and contractors to set up partnerships, community management.
- Search for and execution of non-standard partnership models and ads integrations.
- Participation in regular brainstorm sessions with the team, joint work on 360° marketing campaigns.
- Research of new social channels and opportunities, preparation of entry strategy, budget planning.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, as the job requires constant communication with contractors all around the world.
- Hands-on experience with online paid advertising, using Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.
- Working knowledge of photo and video editing tools, (eg. Canva, Vista Create, Movavi, Figma etc).
- Nice to have: basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
