WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Creating and implementing SMM strategies for Boosta and our investment fund Burner;
- Planning and creating content – from idea to publication (Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook);
- Writing briefs for designers, organizing and planning video shoots, and editing videos if necessary;
- Communicating with the audience on social media – responding to comments, messages, and inquiries;
- Developing the EGC direction and encouraging colleagues to become brand ambassadors;
- Developing and running advertising campaigns (Meta Ads);
- Creating interesting collaborations and constantly seeking new approaches.
You are our perfect match if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience. Previous work in creative or SMM agencies is a big plus;
- Write well and effortlessly, have a perfect command of Ukrainian, and English at a B2+ level;
- Can analyze performance using metrics and optimize strategies to achieve even better results;
- Feel trends and generate great ideas;
- Think strategically, pay attention to details, and strive to create meaningful communications.
