WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Creating and implementing SMM strategies for Boosta.
- Planning and creating content – from idea to publication (Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook).
- Writing briefs for designers, organizing and planning video shoots, and editing videos if necessary.
- Communicating with the audience on social media – responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Developing the EGC direction and encouraging colleagues to become brand ambassadors.
- Developing and running advertising campaigns (Meta Ads).
- Creating interesting collaborations and constantly seeking new approaches.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Have 2+ years of experience. Previous work in creative or SMM agencies is a big plus.
- Write well and effortlessly, have a perfect command of Ukrainian, and English at a B2+ level.
- Can analyze performance using metrics and optimize strategies to achieve even better results.
- Feel trends and generate great ideas.
- Think strategically, pay attention to details, and strive to create meaningful communications.
