In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Research SERPs and identify new organic traffic opportunities.
- Search for, evaluate, and test external platforms for SEO growth.
- Launch and optimize SEO pages for priority search queries.
- Develop hypotheses, run experiments, and analyze results.
- Work with content, semantic clustering, and link-building strategies.
- Scale successful SEO approaches and solutions.
- Build and continuously improve processes within the new SEO direction.
- Plan activities and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
- Gradually build and develop a team.
- Take ownership of results and make data-driven decisions.
Must-have experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of SEO and ranking principles in competitive niches.
- Experience with link building and external placement platforms.
- Experience working with content and semantic research.
- Understanding of parasite SEO or alternative organic traffic acquisition approaches.
- Strong SERP and competitor analysis skills.
- Experience developing and validating SEO hypotheses.
- Ability to evaluate performance through traffic, rankings, and business metrics.
- Experience scaling successful SEO processes or strategies.
- Basic management experience or motivation to develop into a leadership role.
- Structured thinking, proactivity, and strong ownership of results.
- Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or other highly competitive niches will be a strong advantage.
