Middle SEO Specialist (Australia, New Zealand, UK markets)

• We are currently looking for a Middle SEO Specialist to join our partner team AdlerTeam, who is proactive, analytical, and able to identify growth opportunities independently. You should be comfortable analyzing projects, spotting weak points, forming hypotheses, and initiating actions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, testing new approaches, and treating SEO as a systematic growth process rather than a set of tasks.
• AdlerTeam is a Ukrainian affiliate marketing company that creates and scales its own websites for global markets. We build products from scratch and grow them through organic traffic from Google.
• We operate in Western Europe, North America, and Australia, where competition is high and the quality of decisions plays a key role.
• About the project:
• These are review-based projects in international markets, mainly targeting Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, currently in an active growth and scaling phase.
• We also develop additional directions where both on-page and off-page optimization are important, along with improving structure and search visibility.
• Additionally, we run test projects to validate hypotheses and experiment with SEO approaches.
• This is a full ecosystem of projects of different scales, from experimental to actively scaling ones.
