Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple GEOs, including semantic research, technical optimization, and link profile development.
Design and optimize website structures: keyword clustering, internal linking, and search intent alignment.
Manage the content pipeline end-to-end: assign tasks to writers, review and edit content, and implement AI-driven workflows with quality control processes.
Scale link-building efforts with a strong focus on risk management, while coordinating with the in-house Link Building team.
Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits (indexability, Core Web Vitals, log analysis, crawl budget) and translate findings into actionable tasks for developers.
Be responsible for metrics: from hypotheses and testing to implementation and reporting for the business.
Collaborate on product decisions: contribute to the roadmap, propose new features, and identify optimization opportunities.

3+ years of commercial SEO experience (Senior level).
Experience in highly competitive niches: iGaming, virtual entertainment, crypto, dating, or similar.
Deep content experience: semantics, briefs, editing; large-scale AI content with quality control.
Strong link building background: outreach, buying, directories; understanding of PBN, GSA tools, and risks.
Technical skills: CMS, basic HTML/CSS/JS, redirects, canonical, hreflang, Core Web Vitals.
Proficiency in key tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog/Netpeak Spider, Looker Studio.
Ability to work with multiple sites with different risk profiles and scale links quickly.
