SEO Outreach Specialist

We are Honeytech, a dynamic, fast-growing project that already occupies one of the leading positions in the world of webcomics. Over the past 3 years, we have assembled a team of strong specialists with whom we have grown 10+ times and plan to grow threefold this year, so we are now looking for a new ambitious and proactive colleague. We have been profitable for a long time and are currently in the scaling phase. We are the only non-Asian vertically integrated platform for the production and distribution of webtoon comics in the world.

To keep pushing forward, we’re seeking an expert SEO Outreach Specialist to boost organic growth for our product. As the first SEO specialist on our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in improving our search visibility and user search experience.

Remote Full-time | SEO

Website monitoring: redirects, 404 pages, and technical SEO errors.
Manual page checks (combating piracy, controlling content duplicates).
Identifying and selecting donor sites, managing guest posts, and building backlinks.
Optimizing titles and descriptions for new titles in collaboration with the studio.
Participating in brand push campaigns and other PR initiatives.
Optimizing the website and improving its SEO metrics.

3+ years of experience in SEO outreach or link-building.
Hands-on experience in negotiations (email/DM) and building high-quality backlinks.
Understanding of key SEO factors: link profile, E-E-A-T, DR/UR, anchor lists.
Ability to develop and implement a link-building strategy.
Basic understanding of technical SEO and website optimization oversight.
Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, Pitchbox, BuzzStream, Snov.io, or their equivalents.
Experience with DMCA or similar procedures.
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (for correspondence and negotiations).
Nice to have:
Experience implementing and testing AI tools for automating SEO processes.
Familiarity with Reddit, Discord, fan communities, or other alternative platforms.
Strategic thinking—understanding marketing beyond just search mechanics.
