WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Content Creation & Editing: Oversee and participate in the writing, editing, and production of compelling, original, and SEO-friendly content across various digital platforms.
- Management of Our Freelance Writing Team: Act as the main point of contact for freelance content writers, providing them with guidance, feedback, and support to produce high-quality content.
- Set Up The Process With Internal Writing Teams: Communicate with internal writing departments. Provide writers with detailed instructions, supervise the quality of the texts, and control the publishing process.
- Content Author Recruitment: In cooperation with our internal recruiting team, proactively search for new content authors, evaluating their skills to ensure alignment with our needs and standards.
- Project Management: Manage content schedules, deadlines, and writer assignments to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of content quality, ensuring consistency in style, quality, and tone of voice across all channels.
- SEO Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines, incorporating best SEO practices and staying up-to-date with the latest algorithms and trends.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance using analytics tools, report on content effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments to strategies.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Proven level of Fluent English (with a certificate).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proven experience in SEO content creation, editing, and managing a team of writers.
- Excellent research and communication skills.
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress) and digital publishing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to handle multiple projects.
