We are currently looking for a Senior/Team Lead User Acquisition Manager (Google UAC) who will lead and scale high-volume Google Ads campaigns for mobile apps in the iGaming niche, driving profitable growth and optimizing performance across Android and iOS products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Create, manage, and scale Google Ads (UAC) campaigns for Android apps in the iGaming niche.
- Optimize advertising campaigns to maximize ROAS.
- Systematically test new mobile applications.
- Continuously launch and test new campaigns while managing multiple advertising accounts.
- Prepare accounts for campaign launches (card linking, account warming).
- Provide regular performance reporting.
- Work closely with the Team Lead.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Proven experience working with Google Ads UAC and in-app advertising networks in the iGaming niche.
- Experience acquiring traffic for Android and iOS apps through Google Ads.
- Experience working with Google Firebase and Keitaro TDS.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and the ability to work with CPM, CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROMI, ROI, LTV, CAC.
- Ability to systematically launch and manage a large number of campaigns.
- English level - B1 (Intermediate) or higher.
