We are actively developing and looking for a Senior Software Engineer! We are building a new project to overcome the chaos of modern payment systems. It is a full-fledged platform for any online business - gateway, PSP, ISO, fraud detection, CB prevention alerts, and acquiring - all in one place. No bureaucracy, no water. Just one team that deals with everything related to the Payments domain.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Responsibility for parts of our AWS infrastructure and CI/CD setup.
- Creating and maintaining secure, production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
- Secure Environment Management & Secrets Handling.
- Form and implement a zero-trust approach with team support.
- Prepare Infrastructure for Penetration Testing & Audit.
- Write and evolve Terraform modules to manage our infrastructure at scale.
- Collaborate with product and backend teams to design cloud-native services.
- Set up or refine Grafana dashboards for core metrics (e.g., pod status, latency, traffic spikes, memory/CPU trends).
- Establish a data-driven feedback loop for detecting issues early (e.g., failed deployments, noisy alerts, unusual traffic patterns).
- Lead small initiatives or pods — balancing delivery with technical quality.
- Create & Improve our observability stack based on OpenTelemetry.
- Automate everything that’s repetitive.
- Document your decisions so the whole team levels up.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Deep experience with a cloud provider AWS.
- Strong Terraform skills and a love for clean infra-as-code, GitOps practices.
- Experience with Kubernetes in production — you’ve seen it fail and fixed it.
- Comfortable writing tools and automation in Python/GoLang.
- Familiar with observability standard OpenTelemetry.
- Security-aware — you think about secrets, access, and hardening by default.
- Clear communicator, async-friendly, and not afraid to lead when needed.
