Senior SEO Specialist
- We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our partner team and drive the growth of one of the project’s websites while identifying new opportunities for scaling.
- You will become part of our experienced SEO team and work together on improving traffic metrics. We follow a data-driven approach, and you will have access to a large amount of data to support decision-making: player behavior analysis, competitor audits, forecasts, and insights that will help navigate the highly competitive iGaming landscape.
- The ideal candidate is an experienced SEO professional with a strong focus on achieving measurable results and proven successful cases in Western markets within the niches they have worked in.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Independently develop actionable plans to achieve traffic goals, followed by alignment and approval with the Head of SEO.
- Work in synergy with the SEO team to achieve the project’s global objectives.
- Identify high-quality growth opportunities for the website, increasing traffic and conversions across new site segments.
- Plan and manage the SEO budget.
- Conduct regular competitor and niche analysis to develop SEO hypotheses and make effective decisions.
- Create hypotheses, oversee testing processes, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends, generate analytical insights, and implement best practices.
- Implement unconventional approaches and run experiments.
- Coordinate collaboration with Content Managers and Linkbuilders.
- Collaborate with specialists from other departments, including developers, product teams, designers, PMs, and others.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Proven successful experience working with large-scale websites containing 5000+ pages.
- Experience promoting websites in Western markets (Europe, the USA, Australia) with successful case studies.
- Experience working with worldwide websites (multi-geo and multilingual projects).
- Experience working with cross-domain website networks will be considered a plus.
- Advanced proficiency with SEO tools.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive website audits, competitor analysis, and niche research.
- Strong technical SEO and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize goals and assign tasks to development teams.
- Experience building websites from scratch with an SEO-first approach and understanding the full website development lifecycle as a project.
- Adaptability to SERP changes, testing new promotion strategies in response to search engine updates.
- Experience automating routine processes using AI. Experience building AI agents will be considered a plus.
