Senior Product Manager (CareerTech)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Research the customer pain points and business opportunities.
  • Define and validate hypotheses.
  • Launch and monitor features and improvements, and report their results to the wider team.
  • Own long-term product initiatives that impact the bottom line.
  • Analyze and optimize product funnels.
  • Seek room for improvement in business processes.
  • Work closely with the RnD team, marketing, operations, and other business departments and stakeholders.
  • Take an active part in scrum ceremonies: refine your features with engineering, support them during implementation.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Experience in HRTech or CareerTech in the US is a must.
  • Proven track record of successful product execution.
  • High agency and ability to move fast.
  • Strong analytics skills and a natural curiosity.
  • Experience working in an agile / scrum environment.
  • Stakeholder expectations management.
  • Experience in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy.
  • A positive track record in delivering AI products and features, or features that make use of AI capabilities.
  • Timely and proactive communication, transparency, and ownership.
