Elevate UI/UX Standards: Transform existing Figma designs into world-class UI/UX experiences, aligning with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Brand Consistency Across Platforms: Synchronize app brand identity across the website, store pages, admin panels, and branded merchandise.
Competitive Research & A/B Testing: Conduct in-depth research on competitor design systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and proposing A/B test ideas.
Team Growth & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop designers, fostering a high-performance design culture.
Creative Concept Development: Support the creation of innovative design concepts for media buying and user acquisition campaigns.

Knowledge of app usage patterns depending on the platform.
Deep knowledge of IOS/Material design guidelines.
