Senior Product Designer
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our startup-focused product team — highly motivated and energetic, with fast decision-making and real influence on the product.
This role involves designing and developing mobile applications with a strong focus on usability, visual consistency, and scalable solutions. The designer will work with existing user flows, improve UI and UX, and further develop the design system in line with platform guidelines and market best practices. A key part of the role is preparing designs for handoff to development and collaborating closely with the engineering team. During the probation period, work on the admin panel and its design system will be included as an additional focus area.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Design user experiences for iOS and Android applications.
- Create, maintain, and adapt scalable design systems in line with guidelines, market best practices, and business needs.
- Deliver high-quality UI and UX solutions from concept to development.
- Collaborate closely with the development team.
- Conduct competitive research and analysis of competitors.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Proven experience in mobile application design.
- Confident experience with design systems: building from scratch, maintaining, and scaling existing ones.
- Experience with native design systems (Apple HIG and Material Design 3) and adherence to platform guidelines.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants) and integration of new features into daily workflows.
- Experience preparing designs for handoff to development and production.
- Ability to conduct competitive research and apply market best practices to the product.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and user-centered design.
