What you’ll be focusing on:
- Conducting in-depth niche and competitor research, auditing current advertising campaigns, and developing growth strategies.
- Scaling Google Search and Microsoft (Bing) Ads campaigns to $200,000+ monthly spend while maintaining target KPIs.
- Launching and scaling Google advertising channels, including Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Display campaigns, to $100,000+ monthly spend within KPI targets.
- Setting up, launching, and scaling Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to $50,000+ monthly spend while maintaining profitability metrics.
- Continuously optimizing campaigns through testing, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Identifying new growth opportunities and implementing data-driven acquisition strategies.
- Collaborating closely with product, analytics, and marketing teams to maximize business impact.
- Monitoring advertising performance and making strategic recommendations based on key business metrics.
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience as a PPC Specialist, including at least 1 year in a Senior-level role.
- Have strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Possess advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Have experience working with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio and/or Power BI.
- Have strong analytical skills and confidently work with metrics such as ROI, ROMI, ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPA, CTR, ECPC, and others.
- Are proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards.
- Have experience running A/B tests and validating hypotheses through data.
- Have experience using competitive intelligence and market research tools such as SimilarWeb, SEMrush, AdSpy, or similar platforms.
- Have English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
- Will be a plus:
- Experience with Microsoft (Bing) Ads.
