Responsibilities:
- Implement complex projects according to business needs;
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations;
- Create, implement, improve, optimize, and support business processes to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness;
- Interact with specialists and managers of various levels to achieve operational goals.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5 + years of operations management or related experience;
- Ability to create compelling reports and presentations to enable business decisions;
- Excellent project management skills;
- Facilitation skills;
- Result-oriented mindset. Focus on achieved results instead of time spent working on tasks;
- Structured thinking and the ability to make data-driven business decisions;
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and effectively eliminate them.
- You like to test and implement new technologies that improve/simplify/bring more efficiency;
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level;
- Proven experience in managing complex cross-team projects;
- Well-developed skills in communication and negotiation. You can find a common language with any person. You know how to ask questions that will allow you to understand the real need regardless of how the request sounds;
- Proven hands-on experience in managing operational improvements and/or business process optimizations;
- You know how to do things quickly and efficiently. You don't try to do it “perfectly, but never”;
- Honesty, responsibility, indifference, and openness;
- Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and a rapidly changing environment. You like challenges and know how to tame chaos;
- Overall, you are 150% consistent with our Behavior and Leadership Values and at least 100% with all others :)
