WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Create, optimize, document and maintain operational processes.
- Drive continuous process improvement using data, automation, and AI-driven tools.
- Implementation, monitoring, and improvement of business process efficiency metrics.
- Support and improve projects, dashboards, workflows in Jira.
- Coordinate projects aimed at improving operational efficiency (incl. planning, execution and evaluation).
- Build and refine cross-functional alignment between business units and operational teams, breaking down silos and ensuring coordinated execution and delivery.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality execution of service delivery models across operational teams, with a focus on SLA compliance, clear ownership, and expected outcomes.
- Manage some operational budgets and optimize expenses.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Over 3 years in a proven Operations Manager role.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes, along with strong skills in documenting and standardizing them (e.g., SOPs, RACI matrices, service workflows) to ensure efficiency, clarity, and consistency across teams.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of driving alignment and operational discipline across departments.
- Proven track record of leading change and innovation initiatives even without formal reporting authority.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate operational issues into practical, effective solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic automation), with hands-on experience in building tracking and reporting systems.
- Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for workflow and process management.
- Solid understanding of service delivery models and service performance metrics.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken).
- Nice to have:
- Hands-on work with Finance, Legal, or HR processes is a plus.
- Worked in an IT outsourcing environment.
- Accountable and self-driven — you follow through without reminders.
- Fast and responsive - you act quickly and avoid overcomplicating, while thinking long-term.
- Data- and result-driven — you base decisions on facts and aim for real outcomes.
