Your future area of responsibility:
- Develop and implement your own Meta Ads scaling strategy.
- Manage 7-figure budgets with a focus on maximum efficiency.
- Deeply analyze media buying, test your own hypotheses, and optimize campaigns.
- Monitor ad accounts and ensure their stable operation in line with platform policies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad materials.
What’s important to us?
- 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing in product IT companies.
- Ability to see beyond individual campaigns — strategic mindset and analytical approach.
- Experience managing large budgets (from $100K per month).
- Experience working with English-speaking markets is a plus.
- Ambition and proactiveness — you want more and are ready to achieve it.
- Intermediate+ English for working with Tier-1 markets.
