iOS Engineer (Senior)

We are looking for a Senior iOS Engineer for Eated. It is a mobile app designed to help users build healthy eating habits without counting calories or following strict restrictions. We use a simple hand and plate method to teach people how to intuitively balance their meals, rather than obsessing over numbers.

Our main goal is to make healthy eating easy, accessible, and natural.

To put it simply - Eated is your food coach in your pocket.

Developing and improving the Eated iOS app. The code shouldn’t just "work" - it should be readable and maintainable.
Taking ownership of architectural decisions. No one will dictate how to do it from above - the decisions are yours.
Optimizing UX/UI because we’re building not just something that "works" but a fast and user-friendly app.
Not waiting for detailed specs - but taking action. See a problem? Propose a solution and implement it. If you're on board, you have our trust.
Keeping the bar high. We work fast and deliver quality (yes, that’s possible). If we do something, we do it right. But like in any business, sometimes quick fixes are necessary - because at this stage, Better Done than Perfect (though there will still be code reviews 😉).

5+ years of experience in iOS development.
Knowledge of iOS SDK and REST API.
Understanding of architectures (MVVM, Redux) and the ability to build maintainable solutions.
Proficiency in Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI, with an understanding of when to use each.
Experience with TCA is a plus.
Automation (CI/CD, testing, process optimization).
Experience with analytics and marketing tools (Firebase, Amplitude, RevenueCat, Appsflyer, or similar services).
