We’re looking for a Senior HR People Partner in our partner company who can turn HR processes into a true driver of business growth. Onboarding, performance, development, values, HRM systems — you’ll be the heart and voice of the team, building an environment of trust, growth, and partnership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Launching and managing key HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, performance management, development, and others.
- Supporting employees throughout all stages of their lifecycle within the company.
- Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with managers and employees to provide support, foster development, and deliver feedback.
- Collaborating with the CEO to shape and integrate company values.
- Customizing and managing the HRM system (PeopleForce) to meet the needs of the business unit.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with managers: providing support, coordination, and consulting.
- Implementing HR Health metrics.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Experience building HR functions from scratch (policies, onboarding, knowledge base).
- Understanding of performance management systems: KPIs, frameworks, and competencies.
- Proficiency in working with HRM systems (experience with PeopleForce is a plus).
- Proficiency in working with HRM systems (experience with PeopleForce is a plus).
- Project management skills and the ability to systematize processes.
- Experience setting up processes in distributed teams.
