Senior HR People Partner

We’re looking for a Senior HR People Partner in our partner company who can turn HR processes into a true driver of business growth. Onboarding, performance, development, values, HRM systems — you’ll be the heart and voice of the team, building an environment of trust, growth, and partnership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Launching and managing key HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, performance management, development, and others.
  • Supporting employees throughout all stages of their lifecycle within the company.
  • Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with managers and employees to provide support, foster development, and deliver feedback.
  • Collaborating with the CEO to shape and integrate company values.
  • Customizing and managing the HRM system (PeopleForce) to meet the needs of the business unit.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with managers: providing support, coordination, and consulting.
  • Implementing HR Health metrics.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Experience building HR functions from scratch (policies, onboarding, knowledge base).
  • Understanding of performance management systems: KPIs, frameworks, and competencies.
  • Proficiency in working with HRM systems (experience with PeopleForce is a plus).
  • Proficiency in working with HRM systems (experience with PeopleForce is a plus).
  • Project management skills and the ability to systematize processes.
  • Experience setting up processes in distributed teams.
