- We’re now looking for a Frontend Engineer who wants to own the full UI/UX lifecycle and help shape the developer experience for a next-gen fintech product.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Designing and building modern, performant, and accessible UIs using TypeScript and React.
- Working closely with product, design, and backend teams to bring features to life.
- Owning SDKs and internal tools that make KatanaPay easy to integrate and scale.
- Writing tests (unit, integration, e2e) and CI workflows to ship safely and quickly.
- Improving performance, observability, and usability across frontend surfaces.
- Shaping frontend architecture and mentoring junior devs as we grow.
- Creating great documentation and self-service experiences for other teams.
- Bonus: Experience building in fintech or payments, or crafting tools for other developers.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Strong understanding of frontend engineering from concept to production.
- Deep expertise in React + TypeScript, with modern patterns and tooling.
- Experience working with component libraries, design systems, and SDKs.
- Basic familiarity with cloud infra (e.g., AWS, API gateways, auth flows).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS, and understanding of how frontend fits into distributed systems.
- Clear communicator — async-friendly, curious, and confident asking questions.
- Self-starter with a product mindset — you care about user impact, not just pixels.
