As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters (Cluster API, autoscaling, tolerations).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible.
- Migrate and maintain infrastructure across cloud providers (AWS, Hetzner, DigitalOcean).
- Build and optimize logging (ELK) and monitoring systems (Prometheus/Grafana).
- Apply DevOps best practices considering iGaming specifics (high-load systems, compliance requirements, traffic arbitration, secure infrastructure).
- Implement security practices using Vault, Keycloak, RBAC, and Firewall.
- Manage databases and storage systems (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, MySQL), including backup and recovery.
- Work with networking and proxy solutions (VPN, HAProxy, internal overlay networks).
- Participate in incident response and implement HA/DR practices.
- Document infrastructure and establish operational guidelines for DevOps and development teams.
We value specialists who:
- Have experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, including Cluster API, Helm, FluxCD, ArgoCD, GitOps approach).
- Have experience with monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus Stack, Grafana, ELK Stack — Elasticsearch, Logstash/Beats, Kibana).
- Have experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, structured inventory management, large-scale automation).
- Have experience in security practices (HashiCorp Vault, Keycloak (IAM), SimpleAD, RBAC in Kubernetes and Rancher, Firewall configuration).
- Have strong CI/CD and automation skills (Jenkins, GitLab CI, custom pipeline development).
- Have hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, DigitalOcean, Hetzner).
- Have experience with databases and storage systems (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL/MySQL, GlusterFS).
- Have networking experience (VPN, HAProxy, internal overlay networks).
- Are proficient with Linux systems (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, troubleshooting, performance optimization).
- Have a strong understanding of iGaming industry specifics (traffic arbitration, compliance, security challenges, infrastructure for high-load and geo-distributed projects).
- Nice to have: Kafka, Data Pipelines, experience with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR), cloud cost optimization in AWS/Hetzner/DO, GitHub CI.
