WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identifying marketing growth opportunities.
- Supporting the marketing evaluation system.
- Selecting and setting up the right attribution model.
- Building and improving Tableau dashboards.
- Writing tracking specs and setting up tracking validation systems.
- Developing and automating data pipelines.
- Mentoring and managing junior analysts.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist in IT companies.
- Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery experience is a plus).
- Solid Python knowledge (pandas, numpy at least intermediate level).
- Strong knowledge of statistics and probability theory.
- Experience with A/B testing analysis.
- Experience building analytical models.
- Understanding of cohort analysis approaches.
- Analytical thinking – you process complex models and critically evaluate information.
- High energy – you're not afraid of large volumes of work, you're ambitious, and you want fast growth.
- Curiosity for insights – you love digging through data for ideas that can actually move the business forward.
