Senior Creative Producer/ Showrunner

We are Honeytech — a fast-growing, dynamic project that has built a platform for Asian-style comics and already became #1 in its niche! We are looking for an experienced Creative Producer/Showrunner to take full responsibility for the development of our titles — from concept to result. This role is for an autonomous, strong personality who can lead projects end-to-end and be accountable for their success.

Manage up to 5 webtoon titles simultaneously.
Oversee creative direction, story development, dramaturgy, and product quality.
Lead titles from concept to release and scaling.
Work with storylines, narrative arcs, and characters.
Ensure quality of scripts, art, and overall story tone.
Coordinate the team (writers, artists, designers).
Make decisions on changes, relaunches, or closing titles.
Analyze results and adapt content to the audience.
Be responsible for audience engagement and commercial results (together with the marketing team).

Experience as a creative producer, showrunner, or editor of serialized content (or experience with YouTube/TikTok projects, video production, TV, or journalism).
Autonomy and readiness to take full responsibility for results.
Understanding of dramaturgy and serialized storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple titles at once.
Analytical thinking and strong decision-making skills.
Basic understanding of art and design and experience working with creative teams (a plus).
English level: Upper-Intermediate or above.
