In the role of Senior Creative Marketing Manager, you will:
- Own the end-to-end creative production process.
- Produce creative concepts that align tightly with performance goals.
- Drive creative strategy for Meta (our primary channel).
- Build and analyze creative tests: form hypotheses, read the data, draw conclusions, and scale winning assets.
- Manage the team of creative designers — set the creative direction and quality bar, lead brainstorms, guide the workflow, and unblock the team (interim, until a Designers Team Lead is hired).
- Integrate AI tools into the design, video, and creative production workflow to increase speed and output.
- Partner closely with the team to connect creative decisions to results.
- Build and mentor a high-performing creative team as it scales.
You’re our perfect match if:
- 2+ years of experience in creative marketing / creative production for mobile apps.
- Proven track record of delivering high-performing ad creatives in paid social/performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of Meta's creative requirements and performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, etc.).
- Experience writing briefs and overseeing the production process from concept to final asset.
- Deep knowledge of creative testing methodologies.
- Analytical approach: comfortable building hypotheses and making decisions based on data.
- Leadership skills: building a team, setting up processes, delegating, and giving feedback. Experience managing or mentoring creative/design people — setting quality standards, giving feedback, and guiding workflow.
- Experience with AI tools and how to embed them into creative production.
- High speed, proactivity, structure, and a self-starter mentality in a fast-paced environment.
