We are looking for a Senior C&B Manager to drive the development and enhancement of compensation and benefits programs, grading systems, salary benchmarking, bonus schemes, and workforce budgeting. This role is ideal for a professional with deep C&B expertise, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience building frameworks and processes from scratch.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Developing and maintaining the grading system and salary bands.
- Conducting regular salary benchmarking and preparing analytical reports for leadership.
- Administering compensation programs: annual salary review, bonus schemes, LTI.
- Managing the benefits package: health insurance, flexible benefits.
- Participating in headcount budgeting and cost planning.
- Supporting and developing BambooHR / Hibob in terms of C&B data.
- Advising HR Business Partners and managers on compensation and benefits matters.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 3+ years of experience as a C&B Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of grading methodologies — (Mercer, HAY, Korn Ferry).
- Experience designing and implementing C&B frameworks and processes from scratch (salary benchmarking, grading, salary ranges, benefits programs).
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets: complex models, pivot tables, data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with BambooHR and/or Hibob — compensation module setup, report generation, data administration.
- Ability to build comprehensive salary ranges based on multiple data sources.
- Experience designing bonus schemes tailored to various business needs (KPI-based, project-based, team bonuses, etc.).
- Expertise in building and managing benefits packages across different employee categories.
- Experience developing retention schemes: retention bonuses, long-term incentive programs (LTI, RSU, etc.).
- Experience working with headcount budgets: planning and scenario modelling.
