Senior AI/ML Engineer
- We’re looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with 3+ years of enterprise experience building real AI enterprise solutions, who combines deep hands-on skills with a strong product mindset and the ability to work in a lean startup environment. You will design and ship ML and agentic AI systems end‑to‑end: from quick prototypes and hypothesis tests to scalable, production‑grade solutions used by real customers.
- You’ll work closely with product, design, and business stakeholders, with a growth perspective, to lead the AI/software engineering team and translate complex AI architectures into clear, understandable user experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions, owning the full lifecycle from requirements and architecture to production rollout and scaling.
- Partner with product and business teams to validate hypotheses, build MVPs, and deliver AI solutions with measurable business impact.
- Build and bring to production Agentic AI solutions, multi-agent systems, and ML models for personalization, forecasting, classification, fraud detection, and related use cases.
- Design scalable AI architectures and develop platform-level AI capabilities that can be leveraged across multiple products and business units.
- Work with modern AI frameworks and tools (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude Code, etc.) to accelerate development and improve solution effectiveness.
- Mentor AI Engineers, establish engineering standards, and foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and high-quality software development.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Expert‑level Python and solid software engineering fundamentals (testing, code quality, Git, CI/CD).
- Hands‑on deep learning and ML system design using frameworks such as ML algorithms, PyTorch (and/or TensorFlow), especially for e‑commerce, prediction, classification, or fraud detection use cases.
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs (e.g., FastAPI) for AI/ML services.
