Security Analyst
As a Security Analyst, you will work closely with the CISO and Operations teams to improve the overall security posture of the company. This role focuses on security reviews, risk assessment, documentation, and supporting security operations rather than pure engineering.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform security reviews for business units and new initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain access matrices and monitoring requirements.
- Support development and maintenance of security policies and procedures.
- Assist with evidence collection for audits and internal reviews.
- Participate in incident analysis and post-incident activities.
- Support CISO with risk assessments and security documentation.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, Legal, and HR teams on security topics.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Understanding of information security fundamentals (CIA, risk-based approach).
- Experience with security policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Ability to perform security reviews and assess access rights.
- Basic understanding of SIEM concepts (logs, alerts, incidents).
- Experience working with Google Workspace / SaaS environments.
- Ability to document findings clearly and structure information.
- Familiarity with incident response processes is a plus.
- Understanding of ISO 27001 / SOC2 principles is a plus.
