Sales Development Representative
We’re looking for a proactive Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and develop opportunities, and fuel our sales pipeline. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, researching prospects, crafting compelling outreach, and qualifying high-value leads for our SEO services. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build targeted prospect lists aligned with our ICP through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, web research, conferences, etc.).
- Initiate contact with prospects via email and social media to introduce Natural Links’ services and qualify potential clients.
- Pre-qualifying leads to assess their potential, ensuring alignment with our ideal customer profile before passing them to the sales team for further engagement.
- Writing and optimizing high-quality, unique sequences that resonate with our target audience.
- Develop a strong understanding of our SEO services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
- Maintain and manage accurate data on leads and sales activities in our CRM (Pipedrive).
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends and our service offerings to identify new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate a creative approach to attracting high-profile clients.
- Work towards achieving or exceeding individual and team targets.
- Research new outbound channels.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Experience in lead generation (automated and manual) particularly within high-risk industries, is strongly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, and sales processes.
- The ability to quickly learn new digital tools is important for success in this position.
- Strong command of English (Intermediate level or above).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Snov.io, Apollo, Reply.io, Clay, LinkedHelper, Waalaxy, (or similar) and CRM systems (such as Pipedrive, Hubspot, SalesForce) is preferred.
- High level of self-motivation, persistence, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
