- We are looking for a Sales Agent to join us in our Customer Care department!
- As a Sales Agent, you will communicate with clients from the US and European countries via chat and phone to assist in buying the best suitable product package for each particular customer.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Onboard our new customers to our product via chat or phone. (Luckily, our customers prefer chatting over phone calls, so you will have only 1-3 phone calls up to 3-5 min each during the shift).
- Negotiate with our customers and use persuasion techniques and charisma to overcome objections while also providing customers with optimal value.
- Participate in meetings with the Sales Team Lead and other Sales Managers. We will discuss current results and individual and team performance, share experiences, and make some recommendations for our Product/Marketing teams.
- Submit and process orders to ensure customers receive the products or services they request on time.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- An engaging personality with excellent communication skills.
- Refined written and spoken communication skills in English.
- An enthusiastic, inquisitive and enterprising attitude.
- A fast learner who is flexible and copes well under pressure.
- Experience in B2C Sales is a plus.
