Risk Manager

We're looking for a structured and proactive Risk Manager who can bring clarity to uncertainty and build a practical risk management system from the ground up.  You'll work across teams to identify risks, set up processes, track key metrics, and ensure risks are managed before they impact the business.  If you can make risk management a real working system (not just documentation) - this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Build and maintain a company-wide risk management framework.
  • Identify, assess, and document key risks across teams and processes.
  • Maintain a risk register and ensure it is up to date and actionable.
  • Define and track risk metrics (KRIs) and provide regular reporting.
  • Organize and run risk committee meetings (agenda, follow-ups, decisions).
  • Drive implementation of risk mitigation actions across teams.
  • Develop and improve risk management policies, standards, and methodology.
  • Work with teams to embed risk thinking into daily operations.
  • Monitor effectiveness of risk controls and suggest improvements.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in Risk Management, Operations, Audit, or similar roles in a company with 200+ people.
  • Hands-on experience building and implementing risk management processes and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of risk types (operational, financial, compliance) and how to manage them.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and prioritize risks in a structured way.
  • Experience setting up and tracking risk metrics and reporting systems.
  • Strong collaboration skills - able to work across teams and align stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset - able to turn complex situations into clear risk insights and actions.
