Our iGambling platform connects players with top partners in Western markets, delivering an optimal gaming experience. We are seeking a Retention Product Manager to develop user retention mechanics and foster player loyalty.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Market and user needs analysis:
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis, focusing on their retention strategies.
  • Setting tasks for user marketing research (interviews, surveys).
  • Analyzing the needs of B2C and B2B users.
  • Developing and optimizing the Customer Journey Map.
  • Developing product features for user retention:
  • Designing and implementing gamification elements (quests, bonuses, rewards).
  • Enhancing the functionality of the player’s personal account.
  • Developing the partner’s personal account.
  • Improving the user feedback and comment system.
  • Creating mechanics to boost engagement (loyalty programs, bonuses).
  • Managing retention channels:
  • Managing the email marketing specialist.
  • Developing email marketing strategies and audience segmentation (RFM segmentation).
  • Planning and analyzing email campaigns for different user segments.
  • Working with trust platforms and user reviews.
  • Developing new retention channels.
  • Analytics and optimization:
  • Setting up and monitoring event tracking in analytical systems (Amplitude).
  • Conducting A/B tests for conversion funnels and retention mechanics.
  • Analyzing user engagement and retention metrics.
  • Calculating ROI for implemented features and product solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards with key metrics.
  • Managing development processes:
  • Setting development tasks to improve retention and engagement metrics.
  • Managing your portion of the product backlog.
  • Collaborating with the development team to implement new features.
  • Coordinating with the designer to create UX/UI elements.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Experience in market and competitor analysis.
  • Expertise in analyzing user retention metrics.
  • Experience conducting A/B tests.
  • Proficiency with tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, and Hotjar.
  • Knowledge of SQL for query building (optional).
  • Experience setting up and analyzing cohort analysis.
  • Practical experience in UX/UI and conversion optimization.
  • Experience developing and implementing gamification, loyalty programs, and RFM segmentations.
