WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Closing all active vacancies within the team.
- Collaborating with team managers to create hiring plans for specific periods. assessing the relevance and necessity of new positions.
- Conducting briefs and drafting job descriptions with managers.
- Actively sourcing candidates across various platforms: Telegram, social media, professional communities and forums, job boards, LinkedIn.
- Analyzing the candidate market to develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles.
- Entering candidate information into internal databases (Jira, People Force).
- Initiating communication with candidates to establish contact.
- Posting vacancies on job boards, Telegram channels, and other relevant platforms.
- Conducting interviews alongside managers and HR Partners, with the potential to conduct them independently in the future.
- Expanding the network of contacts and maintaining an active candidate pipeline based on future team needs.
- Optimizing sourcing channels to improve hiring efficiency.
- Providing feedback to candidates at all stages of interaction.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Experience as a sourcer or recruiter in the iGaming niche, specifically in sourcing PPC specialists (media buyers) for at least 1 year.
- Experience sourcing candidates via Telegram (finding channels, posting in channels, communicating via messenger).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade.
- Ability to work at a fast pace, both independently and as part of a team.
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
- Organization and independence (no need for constant supervision).
- Ability to build rapport with different types of people.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility and speed.
- Nice to have:
- Ability to use other social media platforms and job boards for candidate sourcing.
- Experience managing the full hiring cycle or participating in the entire process.
- Experience conducting interviews.
- Experience drafting job offers.
