WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Play a key role in defining and optimizing development and testing processes to continuously improve product quality.
- Ensure end-to-end quality throughout the product lifecycle, from initial product specification to deployment and monitoring.
- Plan, design, and execute comprehensive test cases to validate product functionality and performance.
- Define and maintain detailed regression tests to ensure the stability of the product with each release.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and Customer-Facing teams to ensure product quality, usability, and a seamless user experience.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- About 4+ years of experience as a manual QA tester in an agile work environment.
- Experience in both backend and frontend testing, including web and mobile platforms.
- Experience with Payments testing (in-app, web).
- Knowledge of End-to-End testing, API, and backend testing methodologies.
- Experience with API testing (Postman / Swagger).
- Knowledge of DevTools (Console, Network + WebSockets, Application, Elements, Toggle device).
- Ability to use AI tools (LLMs) in your work.
- Experience with BrowserStack (a plus).
- Detail-Oriented – Notices even minor inconsistencies or defects in requirements, UI, and functionality.
- Analytical Thinking – Able to break down complex systems into testable components and identify root causes.
- Curiosity & Proactivity – Constantly asks “What if…?” and explores scenarios beyond the obvious.
- Strong Communication Skills – Clearly articulates findings, reproduces issues, and collaborates effectively with developers, designers, and product managers.
- Adaptability – Adjusts quickly to shifting priorities, changing requirements, and new technologies.
