WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Deep immersion into the team’s and project’s daily operations, existing challenges and tasks, and the long-term development strategy.
- Management of the technical implementation of new tasks - development, testing, deployment, and design.
- Daily communication with the Product Manager, SEO team, developers, designers, and analysts - coordinating workflows to ensure smooth and uninterrupted execution of technical tasks.
- Preparation of data and tasks for sprint planning together with the Product team (Design, Data Analysts and Content).
- Maintenance of Jira / task management system, tracking deadlines, and resolving day-to-day operational issues.
- Team management: leading the development team (2 developers + 1.5 QA).
- Performance analysis and reporting: reviewing planned vs. actual results (sprint retrospectives), ensuring outcomes are met, and providing improvement recommendations in case of underperformance.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Proven track record in managing IT projects using Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
- Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of the web development lifecycle, with solid technical expertise and clear knowledge of the delivery process (front-end, back-end, QA, deployment).
- Data handling: skilled in data preparation, creating reports and tables, and verifying performance metrics.
- Documentation: experienced in preparing guides, checklists, and Jira tasks.
- Hands-on experience in defining and tracking KPIs, performance metrics, and team business goals.
- Nice to have: Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and analytics teams and participating in their related processes.
