Project/Delivery Manager | Honeytech

Currently, we are looking for a Project/Delivery Manager to join our product IT company Honeytech, which is developing a platform in the webcomics industry and producing unique content for it.

Honeytech is a dynamic, fast-growing project that has already become #1 in its niche! Imagine Netflix, but for comics — in just a few years, we’ve gathered over 15 million users, challenged giants from South Korea, and proven that it’s possible to build a world-class product from Ukraine.

Organizing the engineering team’s workflow.
Ensuring the team works like clockwork by driving productivity through clear priorities, minimal chaos, and maximum results.
Identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
Running regular process reviews, feedback sessions, and retrospectives to spot bottlenecks and implement improvements that significantly enhance delivery speed and quality.
Developing our toolkit and documentation.
Maintaining and optimizing our operational ecosystem (Jira, Notion, internal wikis) so that every engineer can focus on creation, not chaos.
Automating metrics and enabling data-driven decisions.
Building a transparent reporting system — analytics of velocity, productivity, stability, and efficiency of third-party solutions — to support accurate strategic decision-making.

2+ years of experience in project management or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum or Kanban).
Proficiency with Jira, Notion, Slack, Figma, Miro, Trello.
Technical literacy and understanding of core concepts such as: staging vs production, APIs, webhooks, integrations, data flow/analytics pipelines, UX/UI logic, and product structure.
A plus: the ability to read simple SQL queries or analytical metrics.
