WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Monitoring and analyzing product metrics, including retention, conversion, NGR, GGR, deposits, withdrawals, and others — identifying deviations from plans or negative trends.
- Evaluating metrics across traffic types and geos, contributing to the development of traffic acquisition strategies based on product capabilities.
- Collaborating with the platform team in case of metric declines — analyzing current mechanics, defining improvement plans, overseeing execution, and providing support.
- Coordinating the collection and updating of product and marketing metrics by gathering relevant data from the platform and competitors.
- Setting tasks for in-depth metric analysis for both internal analysts and the platform’s analytics team.
- Regularly testing the website, its functionality, and mechanics, as well as conducting competitor analysis to identify bugs, UX issues, or growth opportunities.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Understanding of product analytics within the domain context.
- Deep understanding of product and marketing KPIs (e.g., GGR, NGR, retention, CRM).
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams: traffic, platform, and technical teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills — effective follow-ups, stakeholder coordination, and proactive interaction.
- Ability to forecast and plan tasks within sprints, as well as monthly and quarterly cycles.
