Product Marketing Manager
- We are looking for a talented and motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our partner company SEOgene! The company develops and promotes its own web products and mobile applications in the fields of fintech, health & fitness, mental health, and productivity. - The primary goal of the Product Marketing Manager role is to create and optimize web funnels to attract new users in the product and increase conversion rates to purchases. The web funnel includes onboarding quizzes tailored to specific user needs and pain points, a sales page, checkout, pricing strategies, and upsell offers.

Tasks that you will do:
- Generate ideas and hypotheses for testing on existing web funnels to optimize conversions.
- Continuously analyze competitors’ web funnels and products to identify new growth opportunities.
- Create new web funnels from an idea to a detailed task for a designer, to development, analysis, and optimization of metrics.
- Regularly analyze the market to find new trends and angles of product sales for existing and new target audiences.
- Create, test, and improve the core value proposition in web funnels through a deep understanding of target audience needs and pain points, and competitor analysis.
- Analyze conversion drivers within the funnel and the effectiveness of the chosen pricing strategy (subscription durations and prices, as well as payment methods).
- Write high-quality marketing messages that highlight product advantages and address potential user concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with all process participants —marketing (user acquisition and design), development, design, content, and product management.
- Continuously track and manage key product metrics.
- Develop a model for monetizing upsells.
- Analyze the impact of email marketing on user conversion into payment, and generate ideas and hypotheses to improve existing conversions.
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a Product Marketing Manager or in a similar position.
- You have previous experience working with web funnels.
- You are proficient with user acquisition metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI) and product metrics (LTV, retention rate, churn rate, rebill rate, refund, etc.).
- You have experience with analytical tools such as Amplitude/Google Analytics, Tableau/Looker/Power BI (data analysis, insights, hypotheses), or similar.
- You understand how to analyze competitor products and/or marketing.
- The English language level is Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- You have experience in creating, testing, and analyzing pricing strategies will be a plus.
- You are proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- You have experience working with Jira.
