What you’ll be focusing on:
- Scale acquisition: Collaborate with acquisition teams to grow Google PPC, Meta Ads, SEO, and Email channels through aligned positioning and experiments.
- Drive CRO: Run continuous A/B tests (landing pages, onboarding, paywalls) to boost conversion rates.
- Optimize economics: Experiment with monetization, pricing, intro offers, and credits.
- GTM & Research: Conduct JTBD and competitor research to plan and execute launches for new AI features.
- Feature Ideation: Propose product feature ideas based on user insights and collaborate with the team to bring them to production.
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Core Product Marketing & Strategy
- 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Product Management with a strong marketing and analytical focus for SaaS or B2C products.
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Experience in defining value propositions, positioning, and target audience messaging.
- Proven track record of executing Go-To-Market and growth strategies through multiple channels.
- User Acquisition & Funnels, CRO & Monetization
- Proven ability to manage user acquisition channels including Google PPC, Meta Ads, and SEO.
- Prior hands-on experience working as a specialist in at least one of these channels will be a strong plus.
- Solid understanding and experience with Web2Web and Web2App acquisition funnels and user flows.
- Experience running A/B tests and optimizing conversion funnels (CRO), including testing various monetization models (free vs. paid trials, intro offers, credits).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, Firebase, and AppsFlyer, with the ability to collaborate with analysts and define tasks for them, as well as independently set up tracking events and write SQL queries when needed.
- Markets & Budgets
- Experience working with US and European markets is a must.
- Experience managing marketing budgets of $1M+ across multiple acquisition channels is a strong plus.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI prototyping and no-code tools (e.g. v0, Lovable, Replit) to quickly build visual concepts of funnels and features to present and pitch your ideas.
