Responsibilities:

  • Track and interpret product performance metrics, including retention, conversion, NGR, GGR, deposits, withdrawals, and others — identifying deviations from planned targets or performance trends.
  • Analyze product metrics across traffic types and GEOs, and influence traffic acquisition strategies and tactics in alignment with product capabilities and limitations.
  • Collaborate with the platform team when metrics fall below targets — investigate existing mechanics, define improvement plans, and ensure timely execution and follow-through.
  • Organize and maintain up-to-date product and marketing metric documentation by gathering relevant data from the platform and competitor benchmarking.
  • Assign deep-dive analysis tasks to platform analytics teams or internal analysts to investigate fluctuations or anomalies in key metrics.
  • Continuously test the website, its core mechanics, and functionality, as well as competitor products, to uncover usability gaps, technical issues, or growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Product Manager experience.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
  • Knowledge of product analytics within the domain context.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with traffic teams, platforms, and tech teams.
  • Strong understanding of product and marketing KPIs (e.g. GGR, NGR, retention, CRM).
  • Ability to forecast and plan tasks within sprints, and across monthly and quarterly cycles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills — follow-ups, stakeholder coordination, and proactive engagement.
  • English level — Intermediate or higher.
